Online coaching at Red Light Performance is designed for athletes who want clarity, consistency, and coaching that adapts as they grow.

 

This is for athletes who:

  • Value coaching and guidance over generic programs

  • Are looking for one-off lessons

  • Want a template or video library

  • Expect instant results without commitment

  • Want to sign up without conversation

What’s Included​

Online coaching at RLP is comprehensive and individualized. Every athlete’s plan is built from scratch and evolves with the season.

 

Online Coaching Includes:

​

  • Initial movement screen and pitching assessment

  • Fully customized throwing programs

  • Arm care and mobility programming

  • Strength and conditioning workouts

  • Ongoing video review and feedback

  • Adjustments based on workload, season, and health

  • Long-term planning (off-season, pre-season, in-season)

No templates. No recycled plans.

What Remote Coaching Looks Like

​

Remote coaching at RLP is active, not passive.

 

A typical week may include:

​

  • Updated training plan based on current needs

  • Video submission from throwing or movement work

  • Feedback and adjustments as needed

  • Ongoing communication and check-ins

 

The focus is always on what matters right now — not doing more, but doing the right things consistently.

Assessment & On-boarding
​

All athletes begin with a standardized on-boarding process to establish a clear baseline.

 

When you start:

​

  • Complete a movement and pitching screen

  • Submit video directly through a shared workspace

  • Review expectations and communication rhythm

  • Receive your first customized plan

 

This process allows coaching decisions to be made intentionally from day one.

Commitment & Pricing
​

Investment:
$695 / month

​

Commitment Structure:

​

  • 3-month minimum commitment

  • Month-to-month after the initial period

  • Coaching adapts during injury

  • Pause option available for significant injury or medical shutdown

​

This structure exists to support meaningful development and protect the coaching relationship.
